What's included in a ticket?
Entry for the day and your People's Pie vote, all on one QR. Tickets bought by 10 November 2026 also carry one courtesy drink for each day of entry. A non alcoholic drink is always available; any alcoholic option depends on the special licence and is for guests 18 and over with photo ID only.
How do the pies work?
Tokens are the pies: $7.50 each, one token gets you one bakery's signature pie at any stall.
What about kids?
Under 5 free with their own ticket, everyone 5 and over needs a paid ticket, family friendly all three days.
Can I get a refund?
No change of mind refunds, free transfers any time, and a full refund of everything if we cancel or if we change the dates or the venue.
When and where exactly?
Friday 29 to Sunday 31 January 2027, 10am to 10:30pm, indoors at the Walter Nash Centre, 22 Taine Street, Taita, Lower Hutt.
What if it rains?
The festival is indoors at the Walter Nash Centre, so the weather does not change the day. If we ever cancel a day for safety, that day is refunded under the cancellation policy.
